Is there a website where i can design my own gel phone case?

Hi, i have an HTC Desire phone, and I have found lots of websites where you can design a stick-on flat transfer using your own photo. I really want one of those gel rubbery ones, or something similar that won’t stick onto my phone. is there a UK website where i can create one like this? thanks xx
I can only find them for iphones and blackberry’s!

I have Adobe Go Live – but it looks a pain to learn, any recommendations would be most welcome – I’m looking for something to do very simple pages – nothing complex. Thanks for your time
