Paid my ex landlord to design a website. I paid for the website and domain name?

He basically due to a unrelated rent dispute decided to shut down my website he designed for me even though i paid in full and it was working for a while. Due to this dispute he has decided to close my website down. I have his business address and have emailed him but he ignores my calls and emails. Please advise
